Privacy Policy

This website is the online portfolio of YUUKI (the "site"). Your privacy matters: this page explains, in plain language, what data the site handles and why.

What data is collected

• Contact form. When you send an inquiry, the name, email address and message you provide are transmitted through Netlify Forms and delivered to the artist. This data is used only to answer you.
• Anonymous usage statistics. The site records anonymous, cookieless events (for example, that a work page was viewed). No personal data, no IP-based profiles and no cross-site identifiers are stored, and the site honors your browser's Do Not Track setting.
• Technical logs. The hosting provider (Netlify) may keep short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.

What is not done

• No advertising or third party marketing trackers.
• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties.
• No profiling of any kind.

Legal basis and retention

Inquiry data is processed to respond to your request (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps). Messages are retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting sale.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write through the contact page and your request will be handled promptly.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which processes technical data under its own privacy terms, available on netlify.com.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
